Our first of many ferries...from Matane to Baie Comeau, Quebec across the St. Laurence "river" which is more like an ocean at this point--it's a 2+ hour ferry trip.

In Baie Comeau is the start of the Trans Quebec Labrador "highway" (actually dirt road most of the way).

We took the free tour of the Manic 5 Hydro Dam. It's the largest of it's kind in the world.

There were many train crossings for the Quebec Labrador railway. Make sure you always stop, very few warnings.
